Erika Neill grew up in Decatur, Texas. She attended Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas and received a B.A. in economics in 2006. While at Hardin-Simmons she played on the women’s basketball team and worked for an Abilene litigation firm. In 2007, she moved to Waco, Texas to attend Baylor Law School. During law school she worked as a professor’s assistant and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers. She began practicing law in Lufkin in 2009.

Neill’s practice focuses on:

  • General litigation matters including motion practice, discovery and trial preparation
  • Employment law, specifically discrimination claims under Title VII, ADEA and ADA
  • Civil rights, including the First Amendment and Due Process
  • Alternative dispute resolutions, including mediation of cases
